Northmanor Neighborhood

Northmanor Neighborhood was established in 1960, back when we were considered the NW Outskirts of town. We were surrounded by desert and only had the Wetmore Pool nearby. Many of our current residents have been living here for over 20, 30, and 50 years. There are many generations who have enjoyed this neighborhood and keep coming back with their children.

While we don't have a traditional HOA, we have an Improvement Association with board members and fund improvements and activities with voluntary dues from the Residents. We also have a Neigborhood Watch that is working with the Pima County Sheriffs Department to help keep the neighborhood safe.

For over 53 years, we have had an Annual Halloween Parade where everyone dresses in their costumes and parades down Bromley Street, led by wonderful volunteers from Northwest Fire District who drive their Firetruck and emergency vehicles. We provide a jumping castle for everyone to enjoy as well as Eegees drinks, and great conversation.
